Single garage, want to turn it into a home gym. Rough cost for insulation, flooring and electrics?

This is completely up to the condition of the garage in general 

For example is it water tight and is it isulated 

Does it need new lights and sockets and extractor fan 

Does it need plasterboard and skimmed 

Does it need windows or a door internal or external 

Is the garage part of the house or stand alone 

What flooring do you want? 

Do you want skirting and architrave 

Do you want it decorated

It depends on the measurement of the room. The insulation will cost between £500 per m2

Assuming the existing brick garage is in decent dry condition, based on a single garage size. For full drylining and skimming, lighting and power, a new window and bricked up at front from £7000 to £10,000 excluding painting. Thanks
