Investigate And Repair Shower Wall Damp
I am very impressed with the professionalism and effectiveness of Nicholas’s team. I had initially asked for him to check a damp area in the shower, he quickly identified the issue and offered a solution. The work was completed promptly and neatly. A very neat and tidy job! They were a friendly team and I felt relaxed having workmen in my home.
Repair Leaking Bathroom Ceiling
Nic came and repaired a burst pipe in upstairs bathroom which was leaking. Assessed and advised to change the bath tub to a shower tray. Job well done. Gave us a quote for the job to remove tub and put a new shower, toilet and unit in - he will start the job on Monday.

Nick came and gave me a quote and told me what work would be done.He was cheerful but polite.Just over a week later Nick and Paul arrived at the time we agreed and they started work immediately.They completed the job to my satisfaction,keeping me informed of the progress.They are hardworking, conscientious,cheerful ,lovely and they cleaned up after themselves.I now have a lovely modern bathroom and would like to thank them.It was a pleasure to meet them.Highly recommend them.
Replace Rotted Deck Support and Inspection
Nic quoted me first for repair to rotten decking support and on inspection quoted for a refurbisment of decking boards too as they were damaged by 1 using cheap decking oil and 2 this accounted for decking being damaged by UV light causing lifting and splitting . We decided to have the refurb done and we are satisfied with the finished project . Nic and colleague Paul worked efficiently and other than 1 little problem , which Nic altered after a brief discussion . Investigate Rotten Wood Under Astroturf

Replace 5-10 Electric Radiators
Agreed on bathroom,kitchen refitting and new laminate floor in kitchen and living area. 24000 later I am left with a badly fitted kitchen,leaking shower and no working towel rail in the bathroom with silicone marks on tiles and various gaps and the most badly fitted floor which will need lifting and replacing with underlay and trimming (as the original job was done in a matter of few hours with no underlay or any trimmings)with a waste of £3000 plus whatever the new flooring and labour is going to cost. Told the contractor upteen times but he doesn’t want to accept any responsibility. Just wanted to update my review as the contractor all flooring job is so bad that having called various laminate floors repairers it has been confirmed unanimously that the only solution is to remove the all flooring and have a new one down which means a loss of my part of around £5000 and possibly similar amount to cover all kitchen and living area again as it is all ruined. In places tiles have shifted to the side living big gaps. Also,as he never fitted safely the huge heavy kitchen worktop living a big gap between it and the cabinets below,the all worktop has shifted to the side leading to the thick grey silicon to come off. So off course I had to pay another contractor to fix it and to give me access to the appliances sockets as he just fitted the cabinets in front of them.
GS LtdCan you please get in touch and inform me were these problems are as I think you have got the wrong person as the only thing wasn’t complete is a 2 sq metre Lino in the boiler room which I offered to transfer the funds Please look at this and confirm which is wrong done And the towel radiator in the bathroom had no live feed which wasn’t my problem. You had the windows fitted off another contractor and even sent me images of the damage they had caused tk the floor up on this I also have pictures of before and after with your kitchen and bathroom and sorry to inform you but they are complte nothing wrong with the finish product You have left this false review over a bit I my link which I confirmed I would either come back at a appropriate time or transfer £50 pound back for this sorry Patrice’s but there nowt wrong with this
