Bathroom just under 2m square had floorboards with some tiles needed removing. Key points: (1) rapid response to advert, date for inspection visit, date for work, keeping to promised dates and times (2) obvious that he knows his stuff, helpful advice (3) diligent, meticulous (4) very good value I rarely recommend, but do so here.
